I hope this message finds everyone doing well and (maybe) enjoying some football and Fall weather. For those that attended the Summer meeting in Dallas, THANK YOU.  If you did not have a chance to attend, the material provided by our presenters is all saved on the website.  I would encourage everyone to check this out and login.  Creating a login and password is easy enough and if you have questions, feel free to reach out to our Executive Director, Skoshi.  Once logged into the website, there is a dropdown menu under “Members” that includes “Documents,” which is where you can find CLE material.  Enjoy!

To finish the year, we are working on a young lawyers/old lawyers Trial Academy refresher.  We should have dates confirmed soon, but the plan is to have this available by mid-November to give everyone a quick catch-up on CLE for the year.  We will conduct this via ZOOM, to make it as easy as possible.  Therefore, stay tuned!

As always, we are excited to share OADC with our defense community and would encourage everyone to spread the word and get involved! Next year is likely to be another busy one with legislative changes; the more informed we are, the better.
